People meditate for lots of different reasons. For some it is stress-reduction, for others it's a way to carve out daily quiet time for themselves, and yet others find it's a way to get in touch with their true inner selves. Whatever your reason, and regardless of whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner - join us as we explore various meditation modalities, while primarily focusing on utilizing the power of the group for self- and world transformation during silent and walking meditation.
The intent is to meet outdoors whenever the weather permits. We wil most likely meet in location in the East End of Pittsburgh, though we may move around as the group evolves.
