Our area (Sonoma County, CA.) has had a transition for a while. It seems like it is always just ready to go mainstream but still has to many internal meetings vs outreach. I have been to 2 reskilling fairs. They were wonderful. Be in the public often, show people how to do things, what is possible and it will happen.
