Durham Central Park Cohousing: A New Model of Urban Neighborhood

Doug and Nancy Henderson-James will give a talk about Durham Cohousing, a 24-unit, "green", urban, intentional cooperative housing community in downtown Durham, North Carolina ( Durham Cohousing is now under construction and being developed under the guiding values and principles of diversity, neighbor support, ecologically responsible living, and active participation in the community and the larger world.
