We had a good discussion this morning about the idea of having a
weekend gathering in January or February that might include
presentations or workshops relating to storage facilities (for tools,
cold storage, etc.), food growing season-extension (hoop-houses,
greenhouses, cold frames), food preservation, and house insulation.

What other topics would you want included?
