I played ARGs back in the day. Now I'm a cognitive psychologist. I'm interested in how people think about stuff and convince other people to think about stuff too.
I tried once - a grassroots thing, made entirely by hobbyists who were players. We made it to about two weeks before everyone lost interest.
I'd like to get a sense of how far it's come since the Beast, and reminisce a little - but I also want to get involved in the community and meet some interesting people.
My knowledge of psychology can provide all sorts of interesting tidbits, but my experiences as a player and as one of the foolish few who wrote a Guide may be useful as well.
I'm organising a trip to the Darwin Centre this Sat from 4-6, with drinks afterwards, for all who are free from religious dogma. Want to explore whether homosexuality undermines natural selection. Also whether the many archaeological finds indicating human life dated to a time when we were supposed to be apes can all be dismissed.

Hey Rob, I've been in London for a year and a half now, it was a bit rough when I first moved but now I like the city. Let me know how you get on... and definitely come if you beat the jetlag!
