Introduction
I got into transmedia when writing Perplex City in 2005-7, then graduated to producing large branded transmedia projects with great companies such as Six to Start, Hide & Seek, Coney and nDreams. I still write for theatre, radio and other old media.
Have you made a transmedia project before?
Yup: Perplex City (and Frozen Indigo Angel, its crossover with BBC Radio 1) Xi (for Sony, at nDreams) Lewis Hamilton: Secret Life (for Reebok, at nDreams) The Seed (4 plays linked by an ARG, live in Summer 2012) ...and lots of smaller projects.
What would you most like to get out of being in Transmedia London?
A few good meetups - social as much as professional.
What do you think you could best contribute to Transmedia London?
Some practical advice on writing for transmedia, dealing with big brands, and a wide-ranging acquaintance with many media.
