I work as a writer with a background in journalism and law, theatre and film writing. I'm fascinated by myth, the possibilities of storytelling with varied source material to create narrative across different platforms.

What --stephan is saying about this Meetup Group

Very encouraged by participation from new members and ongoing, escalating interest. I feel this group will continue to grow; it has a certain inevitability. It's clear that storytelling possibilities multiply with continually emerging technologies. But what interests me is how these tools force us to review ways in which traditional story elements not only adapt--but retain their timeless power to transform and inspire, show us how we might become better versions of who we are.
