In 2003 I was a 12 on the Glasgow Coma Scale which places me just inside the criteria for moderate-TBI. This is a 'now' discovery for me as I have always referred to it as a bad concussion and one that left me disabled and out of work for three-months. I now loath step ladders.
Fully recovered, or so it seems:)
Yes, I have met a lot of wonderful folks suffering the affects and memories of their TBI experience in the other groups I organize.
