August 2012 London Travel Massive

Firstly, a big thanks to all that made it to the last event in July, personally, I thought it was a great crowd and an enjoyable night all round.

The next London Travel Massive is scheduled for 28 August, and this time it will be in Camden, ad a great pub called the Edinboro Castle.  As usual, drinks will start around 6-6:30 in the evening and continue until the last people leave (or get chucked out...).

The closest stations for The Edinboro Castle are Camden Town and Mornington Crescent, with Kings Cross also walking distance.

For those that have not been before London Travel Massive is one of over 20 Travel Massive networking events running monthly around the world, we have a mix of people from all across the travel industry who come for some networking and general catching up with friends, colleagues and just others with shared interests.  It is a networking event in the most informal sense, no agenda, no speeches and no name tags, just a lot of people that fancy a drink and a mingle.

For those on twitter, keep an eye on the hashtag #travelmassive for updates on this and all the other Travel Massive events. Follow @michaeleball and @travelmassive for updates as they come in, we also have a Twtvite RSVP page ( but there is no need to sign up to both, as I said, informal, no tickets and no limit on numbers.

Please feel free to contact me either through Meetup, twitter or e-mail ([masked]) if you have any questions at all or just want a bit more info.

Hoping to see many of you on the 28th.

hi Chris, it's for anyone who is keen on travel. i'd say about 50% work in travel, a lot of the others are bloggers and some like yourself.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
