Let's get together and meet fellow travelers interested in heading south of the border. We can relive old adventures, and plan new ones -- whether short or long. We are located in Denver, Colorado, but anyone can join -- even if you are too far away to come to the meetings. We will keep all members aware of any upcoming trips or group meetings.
This page will tell you all about our upcoming meetings and activities -- just check out the calendar (on the left). There is never any charge for any of our group activities, but you'll have to travel at your own expense, of course, and if we meet in a restaurant you'll have to pay for anything you eat or drink.
IF YOU HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR A FUTURE MEETING, PLEASE LET US KNOW. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PLACES WHERE WE CAN MEET. THESE SHOULD BE CENTRALLY LOCATED, BUT CAN BE A HOME, A COFFEE SHOP OR A RESTAURANT. JUST LET US KNOW AND WE WILL PUT IT ON THE CALENDAR.
If you want to brush up on your Spanish language skills -- before your next trip -- we recommend that you visit our main group, the Denver Free Spanish Network, which has been having free conversational meetings several times each week around the Denver Metro area since 1982. The meetings are for anyone, at any level, and at any age, and take place in members homes and areas restaurants. You will find more complete information at http://www.meetup.com/Denver-Free-Spanish-Conversation-Ne...![]()
Hasta pronto!

The Brewery Bar II is the place to go for spicy food. It's a little hard to find, but it's well worth the trip. Only the locals know about it. If you like it hot, this is the place to go. Just bring a good appetite. We'll save you a seat. Read more
