(Randall’s at Braker Lane & Research) at noon Friday (Nov 2nd).

WHERE: Travis County's highest turnout Early Voting Location, Randall's at Braker Ln and Research
WHEN: Nov 2nd (Friday), 12:00 noon
WHY: Draw attention to Prop 1's misleading campaign promises, misleading ballot language, un-affordable tax increase

Austin, TX – Grassroots activists will rally for votes at 12:00 noon at the
early voting location, Randall’s at Braker Lane and Research.

This early voting location was the busiest early vote center in Travis County
and is popular with suburban voters likely to vote against Prop 1; in contrast,
downtown area voters, who have dominated voting in typical Austin city
elections, have controlled many tax increase and city bond elections in
notoriously low turnout May elections.

Those downtown voters passed the original 2004 Hospital District tax election when about 93% of voters either didn’t vote, or voted against the Hospital District property tax. Campaign activists affiliated with the Travis County Taxpayers Union, and other groups, will be available for media questions and comments.

I had a great time working w/ other liberty-lovers to help reduce governmental interference in our lives. I hope we made a difference in those who voted today.

It's always good to be around others who have the same passion for Constitutional liberty. :-)

We will have PLENTY of yard signs you can wave, plus we'll have some flyers for voters.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
