Difficulty: MODERATE (for distance + elevation)

Enjoy an evening hike to view the full moon rise over the eastern mountains - followed by a colorful sunset. We will meet in the Dry Creek Staging Area parking lot at the end of May Rd. (Major intersection is Mission Blvd and Whipple Rd.)

    Even if we get full cloud cover, Dry Creek is a very nice hike. If we get clouds with patches of blue as it is now, the moon can look enhanced streaming through. If you don't have to drive too far, it is well worth the chance.
