I started this group because I know that people need a place to discuss techniques and improve themselves in an open, relaxed, creative, and fun environment. We can discuss different styles to see what works, as well as physical conditioning. Basically self improvement stuff. I also plan on holding sparring sessions.
I also would like to stress that THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE for a real MMA or TMA school. More like supplementary training.

- Willingness to learn
- TMA or MMA background an asset, some experience a must.
Why shouldn't you join?
- If you are a keyboard warrior or a douchebag, this group isn't for you. STAY AWAY.
