Hello fellow beachgoers. I have been looking forward to these beachnights all winter long. Now that the time has changed, the days will last longer. Last year was an epic year and that we saw the Delray Beach Group grow to a good number of people. Friendships were forged and a signature event was born. Kathy Fisk became the lead organizer for the group and it became something that everyone looked forward to.
Since it is the first beach night of the year we will be having our opening night traditions and you want to be here for that.
If you a new to the group come on by and join us on Tuesday night at 7pm while we hang out at the beach. The parking meters on the street takes quarters. It is 1.25 an hour and after 8pm it is free.
Bring your beach chair and a blanket and something to drink. This is a beach of tranquility and the main purpose of the event is to relax and get in touch with nature. Of course, it is also a wonderful time to meet new people in a very relaxed setting.
This being our r4d season is a special thing. When we started this 4 years ago it was just a handful of us. Last year we consistently had over 50 people joining us.
Let's make this a memorable season of the beach.
