Big Dave & Jena's Fourth of July(7/4/2009) Pool Party and Fireworks

There are two parts of this July 4th party.

If you do not have kids and want to show up during Part 1, you are more than welcome to do so.

Part 1 is 3pm to 8pm - This is the part where all the parents with kids are invited. There will be many kids between the ages of 4-14. If you are a parent and want to bring your children please update your RSVP and let me know that you want to be at Part 1.

Part 2 is 8:30pm to 3 am - This part is the adult only part. There will not be any children after 9pm.
Please update your RSVP and let me know that you are attending this part.

If you want to attend both parts understand that you need to make arrangements to take your kids home or have someone pick them up. Noone under 21 is allowed to stay after 9pm.

As for food and drink we ask that you bring food for yourself and something to share. Please be creative as we do not have a BBQ grill available. Please do not bring just a bag of chips and beer. We have that covered. You have a choice of bringing food and drink or $10 cash. Please update your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Jena is a certified bartender and will more than happy to show you how to make drinks.
This will be a beer, wine and hard liquor event. Mixers and soft drinks will also be provided.

Because this is a beer, wine and hard liquor event and because this is a holiday, if you drinking alcohol, you must leave your keys with Big Dave upon entering the event. At the end of the night when you are leaving, it will be Big Dave's responsibility to hand your keys back to you. If he feels that you are not able to drive home safely, a taxi will be called and you will be responsible to pay the taxi cab to drive you home. This is non-negotiable.

If you do not agree with the last statement, please update your RSVP to advise that you will not be attending this event.

Here at Tri-County Travel believe in safety first, especially during a holiday weekend and knowing that there will be a lot of drinking that weekend. Of course, plenty of water will be available and we ask that you continually hydrate throughout the night.

If you are bringing a designated driver with you make sure that driver checks in with Big Dave.

Finally, we ask that you bring a lawn chair or a camping chair to sit on outside. There is a large firepit that we will be hanging out at later in the evening.

Tri-County Travel and Adventure is putting together our First Annual Independence Day event.
Over the years we have participated in some great July 4th events throughout the meetup world and we appreciate the invites and comradarie.
Now is the time for us to venture out on our own and bring to you our own version of a 4th of July pool party.

This venue has a large pool, hot tub, large backyard. We will have a DJ spinning till 4am, valet car service and more.. This space is limited and there are a few guidelines that will be enforced to ensure a good time had by all.

Since this is a pool party, there will be an opportunity to you to bring you kids during the day. At night after 9pm the event will turn into an adults only venue.
