Exploring Isle Royale

Do you have a bucket list? Does it include a remote backpacking adventure? In the northwestern portion of Lake Superior is a unique and remote island archipelago. Isle Royale National Park preserves 132,018 acres, federally designated as wilderness in 1976. A venture by foot, canoe or kayak into the park's interior can transport one back thousands of years. Darryl "Buckeye" Smith tells of his week-long journey to the least visited of all the National Parks, through a visual presentation. Darryl will also include tips and details to help plan your own Isle Royale adventure. Bring your curiosity and questions.

Wish I could attend this!! I spent a week there in the 1990's. It was an incredible trip. Would love to return. Next to Brooks Camp in Alaska, this is my favorite place to visit.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
