What are Passionate Pirates? In this interactive Lean Startup workshop, we’ll cover the basics of Design Charrettes, Qualitative Passionate User Modeling and Quantitative Pirate Metrics. Then we’ll dive into hands on exercises applying these to a fake startup. You'll leave this workshop with a better understanding of how to apply Lean Startup in a pragmatic way to both increase retention and reduce friction in your product or service.
