3rd Annual Toys For Tots Tap Takeover - Rare Kegs, $3.50 Flights & 35 Cent Wings

This is a phenomenal deal and one everyone should take advantage of. The deal on a flight is insane. You get to pick from a variety of pre-selected flights from a very impressive selection of taps for $3.50. That's more beer than a pint for $3.50 and you get to try 6 different beers. That's like a beer tasting for $3.50. (NOTE - The normal price for a flight at Woody's is $7.50.  This is an exclusive offer for our members.) Add to that some very tast wings for 35 cents each and you have a damn impressive and cheap dinner.  More info on the featured beer will be posted soon.

Per your usual specials with flights and wings, we will also be adding a gift from us if you bring in a new unwrapped toy to donate costing $5+. Almost every tap will have some sort of Christmas or Winter seasonal craft attached. We will also have a few featured cask from some of the local breweries. You can check our Facebook for a list of the crafts or there is a posting on the Discussion boards. This is our 3rd annual event and this year the line-up is far more impressive than the years past. Hope you can all make it out! Tis the Season!

Hey guys just a heads up this will be our Toys For Tots Tap Takeover Event starting at 6PM. We need as many early RSVP's as possible seeing as this year there are going to be more beers available. We have several local breweries on board making us specialty kegs for this event that NO ONE else will have available. You can check out our Facebook for more details, but as the past two years have gone we will still be hoping for a new unwrapped toy costing at least $5+ for donation and in return we will give each person a present. We hope you can all be a part of this awesome 3rd annual donation drive! Cheers!

The US Marines lead the charge for the Tots. The toys reached top of the bins by the end of the night. The flights were awesome, I pronounced Avery Jubilation the winner and wrapped up my flights with a tasty pint of Avery.

Also just a quick reminder the specialty flights tonight will be $5.50, I hope everyone understands how rare these beers are and that this event is to help the less fortunate kids! Hope you all enjoy the evening!

So how does this work? Do you bring just one toy for a flight and then can purchase them or do you have to have a toy per flight?

    December 11, 2013

    • Heather

We are giving you the first flight for free when you bring in toys. It will be only 1 free flight per person randomly selected. The other two flights will be available for purchase. Also the first 24 people to purchase an Aviator cask beer will receive free glassware.

    • Heather

Yes, but some things have changed from the original given that a distribution truck's delivery date got pushed back. I am posting them on here now!
