I had this year's Cold Mountain last weekend in Asheville. It's delish, minimally spiced, no evident oil of clove, smooth, slightly sweet malt character, with fine, mellow carbonation. Tasty, not too heavy, mild hop flavor is present but nicely integrated. Try CM along with Highland's Thunderstruck Coffee Porter. Way to go, Highland!
