Main Meeting: Develop Native Apps in C# for Windows, iOS, and Android

Learn to write mobile apps with native UI using C#, across all major platforms. Get native app look and feel, as well as performance. Maximize code reuse across client platforms, using tools such as MonoTouch, Mono for Android, MvvmCross, and Visual Studio’s Portable Class Libraries.

Presenter:Diane Wilson

Diane Wilson is a Senior Software Engineer for Fujifilm Medical Systems. She has worked on a diverse group of platforms in more than three decades, including System/370 Virtual Machine system (assembler), VAX, Windows, OS/2, HP/UX, Nortel’s DMS series of digital switching systems for the public telephone network, and web applications using ASP.NET, Perl, and PHP. Her interests in portability began as an original member of the first development team to implement SAS across multiple minicomputer systems. She recently developed an ORM that implements a single data model across SQL Server and Oracle. Her latest obsession is using C# for iPad app development.
