Our Main Meeting is the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
It's a get together for .NET developers of all levels. We usually have a high powered awesome speaker discussing one of the latest technologies, best practices, and anything else of interest to our craft.
Food is provided by our meeting sponsor.
On other (1st, 3rd, 4th, and sometimes 5th) Wednesdays we hold special interest groups (SIGs) at various locations around the Triangle. The presenters are usually TRINUG members - Discussions are more in depth and in a smaller venue. Very interactive!
Food isn't provided but attendees traditionally meet for dinner after the meetings.

Note: 2 hours is often not enough ;-) ...so after the meetings a bunch of us head out for dinner and beverages and continued conversations.
This is a great way to get to know other .net developers and get your questions answered by other geeks.
