How often to do you train? Where do you train?

I weight lift 3 - 4 times a week, swim 2 - 3, bike 2, run 2. I mostly train in Central Park and Prospect Park.

You will need a road bike for the Riding Sessions, do you have one?

No I'm hoping to learn from the more experience people in the group.
