How often to do you train? Where do you train?

NYC Rec Centers. Chelsea (25th and 9th ave), and St. John's (Prospect Place between Troy and Schnectady, Brooklyn). The pools are awesome, the gyms are so so. It's $75 a year. I run and bike outside. When it gets warmer, I like to ride down the Belt Parkway, or up towards Nyack. If I'm pressed for time, I'll do a bunch of laps around Prospect Park or Central Park.

Are you an experienced triathlete?

2007 was my first year starting with the Jack Rabbit Indoor Triathlons. I ended up doing 2 sprints tris, 1 olympic tri, and 1 duathlon. Since then, I've done the same three tris in 2008, and I'm scheduled to do them again in 2009.

Are you more comfortable swimming, biking, or running?

Most workouts will be in Queens. Is it difficult for you to get to Queens?
