Not at this point. Coming back into this I'm really more of a 're-beginner'
Was experienced over 10 years ago but had a severe injury that put me out for a decade. Am back in and being very smart about training.
4-7 times/week. Swim at NYSC, bike in Central Park or to NJ/9W, run either on treadmill or in Central Park at Reservoir
Focus exclusively on Sprint distance Triathlon races, looking for partners to train with, share training experiences. Looking for efficiency in training and specificity. Not interested in Ironman or Olympic distance training.
