How often to do you train? Where do you train?

3-4 times per week running and about 2 times a week cycling. Intermittently doing pushups, pull-ups and abs.

You will need a road bike for the Riding Sessions, do you have one?

I think I do - it's a Ross chained up on 41st and park.

If you are an experienced triathlete, would you like to lead a training session?

noo - far away from being experiened! Only two 5k's on my shoulders!
