    Hello everyone,

Thursday morning. If you need any firewood let me know, got plenty.
    Thanks,

Hey Barry either wed after 7pm or so or around 730am wed. The firewood idea is amazing. Do you need help getting it in? Will gladly help or donate some $. The campground charges $5 for roughly about 2 cut up logs so it can get expensive

Just a quick recap for the Wednesday meeting. we are leaving at 8am from my house so arrive a few minutes early if you can for loading. We will send some runners for breakfast or feel free to bring your own.

Please come prepared with all food/ alcohol/ drinks/ garb/ warm clothes /whatever you will need. we are minimizing stops this year.

You will need a minimum of $70 for this trip. $50 for gas is due to Justin Seawell prior to leaving and $20 is due at the event for admission. I would suggest bringing at least $20 extra or more if you plan on buying food there and to chip in on firewood,

There will be food vendor onsite that may take credit via smartphone swipe (can someone confirm? Ryan/ Thomas)

I will also have some MREs with water activated heaters if anyone wants to buy them for $6 each. I have a chicken and dumpling, sloppy joe, beef patty, pork sausage and two Southwestern beef and bean. if you want one just let me know.

If anyone has any questions please let us know.

Hey Barry, sorry I missed your calls. I'll reach out to you tomorrow around 4:30.

I should be able to cover all my garb. I have been reading the rules and watching some videos about making the weapons. How much $ am I looking at for making a standard 1H sword and fairly large shield? Also, I'm curious how long of a drive it is to PA. Thanks!

To all the newbies - Jay and Barry. Requirements for this event are pretty simple. You will have to have:
$20 for the entry fee and at least one set of garb. Which is period clothing. tunics, a shirt or coat for colder nights, drawstring pants or something similar, and darker shoes. This site has some great cheaper items http://www.medievalcollectibles...

Pretty much all other items can be loaned, obtained onsite, or nearby when we get there. Can you both let us know where you are at in your prep and what you need?

So is everyone that has RSVPed still good to go? We will need to discuss logistics a bit, but this event is so fun.

Apologies, but this is after my classes start and I can't afford to miss two days, especially with rehearsals for a performance on Friday afternoon.

I totally understand, the real-world takes priority. We will have a collection of pictures and stories to regale those who can't make it. :)

War-wagon logistics will be reviewed at the August practice.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
