Need to de-stress? Come try Yoga. Members will practice beginning yoga moves and breathing exercises lead by a yoga instructor. Practicing yoga helps with flexibility and relaxation. There is a heavy focus on breathing which helps bring awareness to the body. Yoga is suitable for beginners and can be done by anyone of any fitness or flexibility level.
Brikram Yoga offers a series of 26 postures and breathing exercises. It is practiced for 90 minutes in a heated room which warms your muscles, prevents injury and helps to cleanse the body of toxins.The estimated cost will be $20 for the studios drop in fee.
