VOLUNTEER - North Carolina Wine Festival

Who gets you into the best wine festivals for FREE?  The Jaycees that's who!!

========================

This year's NC Wine Festival will be held on May 24th and we are looking for quite a few awesome people to volunteer their time to help the local W-S Jaycee Chapter. For the past several years, WE have been chosen to provide this valuable "wine valet" service to the wineries and the guests of the festival due to our ability to do the job well. We do a great job every year and we hope to make this year a great success as well!

In exchange for your hours of service, you will receive a Free Wine Festival T-Shirt, Free Entry into the festival ($30 value) before or after your shift, cold bottled water and a Free meal! We have 2 shifts available.The duties this year include but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the Wine Pick-Up Tent with Drop Offs and Pick Ups
- Assisting Wineries with making sure their patrons' purchases get to the Wine Pick Up Tent.

Please sign up for a volunteer shift – http://vols.pt/HPYvRz

Thank you in advance for being such terrific community participants! We couldn't do it without you!

    F.y.i, the vendor parking entrance just cuts you ahead in the line to park basically. So it's definitely slow going once you get in

    Will vegetarian meals be provided? I do not eat meat! I would prefer lighter foods of greens salads to have energy for lifting the cases. I can help out all day.

      Usually, we are given a meal ticket that can be traded for one entrée from the food tents. Surely there is a vegetarian option somewhere among the food tents, but I can't tell you who will be offering it.
