Last FEB, many of us attended a TAGaH SEED SWAP at Katherine's home that was very sucessful. Some seeds need to get planted indoors very soon to be effective, so times a wastin!

We have taken delivery of a wide varirty of seeds from eBay & also saved many from our 2012 harvest.

There is sufficient interest to have another TAGaH SEED SWAP PARTY on SUNDAY 10 JAN 2013.
You do not need swapping SEEDS to attend, just come wanting seeds.

Donna & Will are the HOSTS at our HOA Clubhouse that has plenty of room & tables/chairs. We are very North, but just barely in Granville County with a Wake Forest address. We are off Bruce Garner Rd that starts at Raleigh in Wake County as Six Forks, then becomes New Light Rd, then Bruce Garner Rd & then Pocamoke Rd at HWY 96. It is the same road, just changes names to try & confuse us!

An additional activity would be trading some canned/dried/preserved items, as we canned over 200 jars of our produce & have probably over 100 bags of FROZEN GOODNESS!

We will have a Pot Luck as well. We do dinners at the clubhouse on a regular basis with 50 to 70 folks attending. Have plenty of equipment & can easily do this. Donna & Will will provide SOUP and Southern Field Peas & Rice as the basic POT LUCK foods, and anything else is a bonus. We will use canned & frozen 2012 harvest to feed everyone.
Pot LUCK additions of Cakes, Pies & Cookies, etc would round it out! Will provide Tea & Water, feel free to bring any drinks of your choice as well.

1153 Smith Creek Way 27587 is the address of the clubhouse and works on Maps.Google.com

I apologize if anyone got lost. The MeetUp.com map was very wrong and placed us a few miles away. I will follow up with an eMail.

We just bought a house in October so this is the first time I will not be gardening in pots! That being said I don't have loads of seeds to trade but I can make cute seed bags out of up cycled crown royal bags to swap :) Would that work?!
