Little Homesteaders Playdate

We're heading to the Stay & Play Cafe in Durham for a second playdate in March. Since we've had a few dates cancelled due to bad weather, we're going to try an indoor location this time.

Stay & Play offers a fun and safe environment for little ones to play, while parents can enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. Parents are free, but there is a charge of $4.50/child ($3/additional children), which covers all day admission. If we get more than three families to attend, we will get the playgroup rate of $3.00/child.

There is a good bit of free street parking near the cafe and also a parking garage across the street that is $1/hour.

Check out their website for more info.:

I hope to see you there!

The Play and Stay Cafe in Durham was a nice little place to go, but two families didn't show and I felt it was a very long drive for us to meet one other family.

Myself and son can attend. Anyone want to carpool in the Granville County, Wake Forest area? I have a four door sedan, with room for two more children in the back and an adult up front. We can split parking fee.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
