For me, I truly enjoyed what Will presented to us today. I felt that he was very thorough in explaining a process to Linda, and how he goes about helping candidates gain interviews in regards to being a right fit for a company. Since my job search is focused on Inside Sales - Software/Technology Sales, found Will's examples very applicable to my job search. Especially how do you answer employment gaps in resume due to being out of the job market due to children or spouse job moves.
Also, I want to thank Marion for continuing the discussion on networking and how out of the box thinking in regards to different networking events and groups can be beneficial to a job search. Thank you Will on your insight, and Marion for your energy and enthusiasm.

I would like to hear some great advice from Mr. Barfield on how we can better promote ourselves to a recruiter such as Frankel Staffing. What can we do to make ourselves more marketable, hence desirable to a recruiter to go to bat for us?

Look forward to being there. Maybe I will learn and finally understand what recruiters are actually looking for. It will be good to have the inside scoop.
