This week our special guest and intensive facilitator will be John O'Connor. John is the Founder and President of Career Pro of North Carolina Inc., a boutique outplacement and career services firm focused on assisting companies and executives in career transition. O’Connor has used his position to help individuals and companies harness their potential for more than 20+ years. In 2008, he was selected as a national author for 2009’s edition of “The Ladders,” producing a series of articles on resume writing and job search issues that were included in five national publications. His company also launched a Social Media for Careers Training program, intending to integrate social media into executive career transition strategies. O’Connor earned certification as North Carolina’s first Certified Brand Strategist through REACH Communications, and was also named central North Carolina’s ExecuNet Administrator for 2012.

This will be an extended workshop on specific issues dealing with your Linked In profile. This is a special event and you will need:
- Laptop or Printed Out Linked In Profile
- Notebook and Pen
- At Least Two Example Jobs or Leads (that would be ideal targets for you in your job search)
It would be helpful for all participants to have at least a core Linked In account. This workshop is not for the novice Linked In person but those who want to deepen their profiles and create more powerful branding on this very important forum.
