Value Proposition Networking

Our guest this week is Mike DeCocco, Director of Human Resources with Quanta Technology will be joining us to discuss the true strategy in Value Proposition Networking. When networking you need to be sure that those you are talking to hear and understand your "Value Proposition".  In other words, unless you are just looking to make new friends, those you are networking with need to understand what value you will bring to an organization. Your contacts (new & old)  need to appreciate that your skills and experience are an asset that either their organization needs or that another contact they can utilize.  That is part one.  Part two is if they are fellow job seeker what can you do assist them in their search.

Mike is a strategic HR business partner and trusted advisor of Career Pro Inc. In addition to Human Resources experience, Mike has an extensive background is within start-up projects, global experience, diverse industry programs and emerging growth companies. start-up projects, global experience, diverse industry programs and emerging growth companies. He has served as Senior Human Resources Manager, and Senior Director of Human Resources where he has managed the reorganization of commercial development at Quintiles that lead to the formation of $250 Million global early development and laboratory services with 500+ employees in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
