Stitched Shibori Class at Spoonflower

**PLEASE NOTE: In order to secure a spot in this free class, you must register separately via Eventbrite at the link listed below**

Stitched shibori, free supplies, and evening of fun hanging out with other creative people? Yes, please!!

Here's the registration link:

Please join us in the Greenhouse as our own textile expert Michelle Swart teaches stitched shibori techniques, and walk away with one-of-a-kind fabric to incorporate into a project of your choice! We're teaming up with Rit Dye to provide all of the materials and instruction you need to delve into a world of possibilities for creating unique textile designs! This class will teach the very basics of using a needle and thread to secure fabric as you compress, fold and twist your way to gorgeous designs. Michelle will demonstrate techniques, and then students will create their own unique patterns using hand stitching and dye. Finish the edges of fabric samples created in this class to make a napkin set for a holiday party, or incorporate your own fabric into a quilt or apparel project!

Hi Teresa! The course description says that Spoonflower will be providing everything for the class, so all we have to bring is ourselves :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
