On Thursday, July 25, our featured Lunch Talk speaker is Edward Anderson, owner of 919 Real Estate. The title of Edward’s talk: “Qualifying Clients & Customers by the Numbers.”
You will learn how to quickly and consistently qualify clients, customers and even prospects using a time tested and proven tool set. The methodology discussed was developed by a Nobel prize winner and has been personally used by Edward and many of his colleagues for more than twenty years, establishing a well proven track record. Yet, the basics are simple to learn and modify for your personal use.
Lunch is $12 (be ready to pay at the door). Our lunch talk meetups run from 11:30 to 1:00.
We will have open mingling and networking from 11:30 to 12:00. At 12:00, we will begin the formal presentation by the speaker. Presentations typically run approximately 45 minutes.The buffet will be open for the entire time, but we ask that attendees not go up to the buffet during the presentation. The buffet will continue to be open after the event is concluded.
