On Thursday, January 16th our featured Lunch Talk speaker will be Stan Phelps; his presentation title is "Traditional Marketing is Dead; Long Live the Customer!"

Finding ways to leverage their most important asset: their curent customer. This presentation will feature 9customer-centric marketing lessons from leading brands such as Apple, Five Guys and Zappos.
Lunch is $12 (be ready to pay at the door). Our lunch talk meetups run from 11:30 to 1:00.
We will have open mingling and networking from 11:30 to 12:00. At 12:00, we will begin the formal presentation by the speaker. Presentations typically run approximately 45 minutes.The buffet will be open for the entire time, but we ask that attendees not go up to the buffet during the presentation. The buffet will continue to be open after the event is concluded.
