Accountant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Michele Dubay will cover everything from setting up your QuickBooks company file to running the financial statements you will need to file your taxes and run your business (and everything in between). Real estate investors and brokers have some very unique accounting issues that determine how to record your everyday transactions. Most QuickBooks training courses are designed to be a general understanding for all types of businesses NOT the complex real estate industry. This course will go over how to record most of the typical transactions specific to real estate investors as acting as a broker, landlord, and rehabber.
