The group will do local hikes at places like Umstead, Eno, Occoneechee, Little River, etc. There will also be weekend trips to other NC State Parks such as Raven Rock, Stone Mountain, Pilot Mountain, and Hanging Rock. Eventually some backpacking trips will be organized as well. The group is open to all levels of hikers, but we do ask that you read the description of a hike and make sure that you are physically fit to go on the hike before signing up. Please read the About page before joining the group.
