It has been a good first year!  We ended up having almost double the number of Meetups we anticipated, and are up to 54 members.

As  originally stated, our intent is to help make sure that there is a good turnout of dancers for the Cajun and Zydeco events coming through our area. We'll also announce local zydeco and cajun dance classes as meet-ups. Please check out our message board for announcements of other interesting shows- all members are free to make suggestions and propose Meetups.

One of our local establishments, Papa Mojo's Roadhouse has been very accommodating to the dance crowd this past year, and it looks like he is planning a regular monthly 'Party-Gras', which would be a wonderful addition to our dance calendar!
