Now that we have learned some terms on food, it's time to practice with your skills! This weekend we will learn how to make the authentic (and delicious) Cantonese Wonton Noodle Soup, a must-eat if you visit Hong Kong, where you will find the best of the best Wonton Noodle Soup in the world. But you won't be disappointed if you just stick around Cary for some home-cooking :)
10:45~11:00am Pinyin practice: learn how to combine consonants with simple finals
11:00~11:30am Study necessary terms for wrapping and cooking, and go over the recipes and instructions
11:30a~ 12:30p Cooking! (Instructions will be given in Chinese during wrapping and cooking)
