Announcing a new meeting for The Triangle Area Chinese Language Meetup Group!

What: Tai Ji Juan practice in the park

Who should come: Anyone currently studying tai chi or who has an interest in studying tai chi.

Why: It's a great form of exercise, a way to build your own strength in ways you may not be aware of and it also build confidence.

Meeting Description: I'm an assistant instructor of Tai Chi at Red Sun. I study Chen Man Ch'ing style Tai Chi. Many may know it as the short form or simplified form or as the Americanized form. There are 37 postures to this form and also push hands (tui shou) part of the form which are the beginnings to self defense. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, come and practice with me. If you don't know but want to learn, I'll be more than happy to teach.
There are two entrances to the park, I'll be in the field next to the lake. Detailed directions will be sent to those who RSVP and plan to attend.
