Words and Expressions Used in a Restaurant

Here are some phrases (in the attachment) that we can practice tomorrow at lunch. If you are attending luncheon tomorrow, you can bring a copy of "at the restaurant" with you. 

Another file attached here is the menu from the Red Palace, which is no longer in business. I translated in December 2007, since Super Wok also serves Sichuan dishes, this may be useful. Some of you may have received a hard copy back then.
