This is a group for people living in the Triangle area who care about being healthy, feeling good, and being in shape. This is the perfect meetup for people who want to lose weight and get in shape or who want to stay in shape.
We will focus on activities that involve getting and staying in shape and eating right. We'll meet to discuss things we can do to make sure we're eating foods that will help us to be healthy while losing or maintaining weight.
The group will participate in various physical activities such as general exercise, running, walking, zumba, cross fit, line dancing, yoga, weight training, salsa, and other fun activities.
Various themes and topics related to healthy living will be discussed. We will visit studios, gyms, or other places that focus on staying healthy.
As of August 11, 2013 a no-show policy has been implimented. If a member on 3 separate occasions fails to change their RSVP to no at least 24 hours prior to the meet-up, the member will be dropped from the group. The membership fee(s) will not be refunded.
