Introduction

Two decades of experiences from being a fitness professional to research in biomechaincs, kinesiology, alternative healings, spiritual healing to mind body connection, everything lead me to understand our body is a manifestation of our mind.

Why are you interested in holistic health?

I was a fitness professional since 1988. I 1998, I branched into holistic health and started studying advanced biomechanics and kinseiology. Kinesiology took me in the direction of emotional connection to physical health, and metaphysical healing.
