Please tell us why you run and how Tribeca Running Club can be valuable to you.

I run to stay healthy and it feels good. I also like the personal challenge involved. Running with a group is extra motivation.

Please also tell us the type of runner you are and the runs that would interest you. For example, do you run every day or are you a casual runner looking to get motivated for longer runs?

I run a couple times a week. I do 4-7 mile runs typically at around 8 minute miles

What times and days of the weeks are you most able to schedule your runs?
