What are your fitness goals?

It has been two years since my last distance race. My goal is to run a 1/2 in the Spring. I would also like to work on increasing my speed (especially since I anticipate many winter workouts on the treadmill).

What are you hoping to get out of this group?

I am hoping to meet some fellow runners, find new trails, and keep up my motivation when the weather gets cold!
