Small Group Exercise

We'll build this group around the goals of the members. And start where you are now in your journey to health. But there definitely won't be any treadmills or burpees (if you don't know what those are, consider yourself lucky). The point is to feel good, not like a loser, Biggest or otherwise!

    Proprioception. Big word; simple concept. We need to know where our own bodies are in space and how to use them more efficiently there. We worked on that today and on "vertical" core work: no crunches!
