This is a simple form of meditation. It entails the full relaxation of the body, and bringing one awareness to the body itself. It is about being aware, and letting everything be as it is.
This is a group for those who are interested in deepening their meditation practice. We'll sit for 40 minutes together, followed by a discussion, drawing from the wisdom of contemporary spiritual teachers. Staying curious and alive while reaching for the edges, gently, we'll walk the walk together...
True Nature is currently open to new members! We meet every two weeks on Monday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. This group is an offering - and is free of charge.
