We will SWIM approx 1/4 -to 1/2 mile (between 7:30-8:am) & BIKE approx 15 miles(between 8-9am) & RUN for 30 minutes(including bridge).

Group training for Publix Escape Triathalon-Sprint is the current GOAL.

    thanks I will be in Miami on Friday that better than other triathletes enjoy some training I'm training for half Ironman in Miami so it's a perfect time.

      I have a question. I am a poor swimmer than needs more open water practice to keep going through a sprint non stop - I usually stop and rest a lot but I have 2 friends or a just getting lessons or coming back to swimming. Is this a good thing for them to come out for or is is all veteran swimmers that we would be holding the group back ?
