Key Biscayne Swim, Bike, Run-meet @Beach Access 9(last parking before Seaquarium

We have two groups; we welcome newbies or chat with our IronMan. Flexibility, helping each other out and reaching our goals is the Key to Success :-)

(1) Sprint to Olympic DISTANCES - Juan[masked] (text or call)

SWIM approx 1/4, 1/2 or even 1 mile (begin 7:15/7:30)

BIKE approx 15 miles - 30 miles (between 7:30 to 9:30 latest finish)

RUN for 30 minutes (including bridge) 

We are DONE by 10:00AM  

 

(2) Olympic to Half Iron DISTANCES - Antonio[masked] (text or call)

SWIM approx 1 mile and longer (begin 6:45/7:00)                                             

BIKE approx 30 miles - 50 miles (between 8:00 - 10:30 latest finish) 

RUN for 1 hour or 5-10 miles (including bridge) 

We are DONE  no later than 11:30AM
